While the 20% rule is a guide i wouldn't take it as fact. Often people buy traffic at weekends for TGP's to give them an edge as everyones traffic is falling. Which can have a knock on effect with their trades. I have TGP's that have grown or stayed the same at weekends. It can be a bit of a lottery.
