This thread went from funny to sad.
I like free shit as much as the next guy but even if this turns out to be true, begging for stuff on an industry forum you can easily get by working your butt off (if not get a different job right now) is just plain wrong.
Noobs and post whores I would expect, but the others that have the "I might as well hold out my hand in case this is real" attitude..well...
It has the feel of scavenging thru' a good friend's possessions, minutes after his death.
