Are you a man or woman? I wasn't aware a man could get a kidney infection without first having a bladder infection... Did you have a UTI first? And not get treatment?
But anyway, I hope you feel better soon! If it doesn't get better go to the ER. They'll give you IV antibiotics that'll fix you much faster then oral antibiotics.
