I've been in this house for almost 6 years.... I bought speakers for out by the Deck and Pool about 3 years ago and never put them up. Nothing spectacular ... just a simple set of outdoor speakers and an old Pioneer receiver but it sounds great ...and what a difference it makes to have toons playing out by the pool .... I was outside all day and loving it .. water was set at 82 degrees and the sun was great ..
I even hooked up my Sirius satellite to it so the kids could listen to radio Disney... even that didn't kill me ..
