Granted, England did earn my respect with the way they played in the game, they played better with 10 men than Portugal played with 11, they lost my respect with their atrocious penalty kicking. YOu have world class players making 20 million a year, missing 3 out of 4 penalty kicks. That is an absolute disgrace. Add the fact that Wayne Rooney cost them the game, and their coach took out Beckham, and then Lennon, and you have a losing squad.. Everyone that played but didn't miss a penalty kick has my respect. Now Portugal can go out and get killed by Brazil.
