Granted they've been playing like shit but then I'm one of the few who seem to think Brazil have been doing so too.
Brazil should win it on paper but I think it'll go to whoever manages to raise the game above the indifferent performances (for the most part) that have got them both this far. France have as good a chance of doing that as Brazil so....2-1 to France
That said I wouldn't put money on it. I have got money on the England game though.
