A nieghbour a few doors down has a kid who is handicapped and he makes strange noises.

The kids next door are all taking the piss - the fucking parents are in the garden with them and not saying anything.

I have politly told the parents to put a stop to it but they pretend they only speak yidish (they are hecidic jews).

I have a good mind to go and knock some heads together. Starting with the parents.
