Juratovac arrested Tanner in March 2005 in the alleyway behind her Flagler Beach home after she "refused orders to disperse, became loud and argumentative while intoxicated," according to a police report. This is the arrest that led to the restraint chair.

She was in her alleyway. Seems more like she should of got a ticket rather then arrested.
