I'm thinking if they are on a military mission, then we'll be pretty easy to wipe out. A few choice recon and a little software hacking and they'll be able to launch our own nukes on us, if they feel like saving their own ammo.
If they come on an exploratory mission, then we may have a chance. Heck, we may be able to give them the common cold or chicken pox and wipe them out that way. Maybe they'll be impressed with our mp3 cell phones.
