Dear Penthouse WebMaster,

We would like to thank you for your participation in
the Penthouse On-Line WebMaster program that was being
sponsored through DMR/Web800/TIPS. Unfortunately as of
December 22, 1999 DMR was no longer able to process VISA
transactions and as of February 1, 2000 they were no
longer able to process American Express and MasterCard
transactions.
This has left us in a position where we are unable to
continue the WebMaster program. As of Friday, February
11, 2000, 5:00PM EST we are canceling the WebMaster
program and your contract with that program. If at a
future time we are able to resurrect the program we will
contact you.
