I am going to try a quick test on probilling, globill and acpay if possible over the next little while. It would be great if it worked out with any of these billers or if it was at least possible to use them until Ibill or CCBill could do Canada.

I am worried that registering my URL's with a USA presence now would prevent me from using a legal Canadian solution with the same IPSP in future. I am unable to get any comment on this from IBill, or any comment on whether or not they will send cheques outside of the USA at all.

I know globill has it's fans here, but is anyone using the others yet?

Their lack of a testing enviroment is a bit...umm...bothersome when you're trying to write support into your affil program. Their transaction page says the transaction will take 5-10 mins which i think might be a bit too much but so far their support has been decent and i look forward to actually testing them!
