Listen...that gif is real and NO i did not add that in.This is one of the best calls i have ever seen in the world cup.The ref was standing 5-6 feet away and did not miss it.Big Big mistake for Neill. You should NEVER slide tackle anyone in the box.90% of the time the ref will call a PK on plays like that.
