thanks all for the input, chupa i tried, but i'm beat to hell man and there's so many damned values for "icq" lol. Thanks for the info though maybe later i'll mess around and see if i can find it.
very strange problem indeed. and if photoshop is opened up in the same screen as icq, icq takes it's space away from photoshop. straaaaaaaaaaange. didn't have this issue with my nvidia.
