BUT~
I am sure the arrests in Florida are going to be the hot topic today. The California Supreme Court "legalized" the porn industry by deciding that paying someone to have sex for a movie was not prostitution.
Other states have not confronted the issue. Ray Guhn's case could end up in Florida's highest court where the decision could "legalize" filming porn in Florida. That is years away but these arrests happen to be big news now shortly before the elections so there may be a political motive.
