As stated GUBA is located in the USA, and so are many of the other big business operations who makes a profit from your content, without paying you.
2006 and beyond you will see an influx of YouTube/GUBA sites using your content. If you do nothing, then your content will be spread to a point, where no one wants to buy it. There is no other way than to sue these operations until they learn that only publishing legal content is a good idea.
"Perfect 10" is active about protecting their content - is your content less value than theirs?
