the mention of parties and escorts etc etc are all A MEANS TO AN END
the target is porn............period
no matter how they attempt to prosecute this case it will in fact have an impact on the industry,
when you come up with all the reasons in the world why it was their fault and why you dont have to worry because you are not doing one varible in the whole equation..................you give them room to reach back and get a better swing in when its your turn to get knocked out

if they win this case...regardless of parties or whatever other excuse to look the other way it will give plenty of local sheriff's and other publicly officials the balls they need to use porn as a scapegoat for votes at every local election
