A little hint for you: Keep a window open while you sleep. The fresh air at night cuts your sleep time by an hour. If you have problems getting up in the morning while maintaining a rather constant sleeping pattern (that means: you don't switch shifts), there is just one simple reason for that:
You go to bed too late.
The rule here is:
Anyone can get up at six if he goes to bed at eight. (This is sleeping late upside down

)
Just figure out how much sleep you need and try to get it by going to bed early enough.
