I'm looking to get into the mainstream world, but i'm looking for good sponsors that offer more than like $2 / sale, unless of course i'm getting 1:10 type of ratio.

What do you guys suggest for mainstream sponsors that work well with PPC? Spam me with ref codes if you'd like, I haven't signed up to many.

Any general mainstream tips would be cool too.
