Naw, I am just from Philly
Seriously though if the meat isn't cut the proper way it isn't the same. Subway over here in the UK tried to do something they called a Philly steak sandwich and it had nothing in common other than beef and bread. Talking about bread..a true Philly Cheese Steak has to have Amoroso roll.
As far as the Cuban sandwich goes I don't even know what that is - educate me!
