Lol, gotta be a scam, because if it was on your site and anyone knew about it, they would create 2 accounts and refer themselves and make 100% of the cash.
Do you go as far as carding the site, so they pay you the cash? I think you dont actually get the money until xx has been made, and xx time has passed..
