I've had an account with PayPal for a while and only now decided to apply for their "debit card"... and i get the following:
"Unfortunately, the debit cards were discontinued in Canada due to
Canada laws. Few accounts were grandfathered in. I am very sorry for
the inconvenience. Please call if you have any further questions."
wtf?? so the only way to get the money out is to transfer it to your bank account, which takes 7 days?!
