That was the subject of several "legal chats" at webmaster conferences from 95-97 time.
Remember speaking with lawyers we prob know in the adult field - comments then were, "It's only a matter of time before the govt invoke RICO again" (was used in another noteable California case re video distribution) and, much as Mike said in his post - the most likely time for that is prior to elections.
Mixing this with Mann... assuming they do mix RICO with Mann.. that is not a small matter.
