Technically it could be considered racketeering because it could be considered an "organized" crime; but IMHO the Prosecution is going to have a hell of a time trying to make that one stick. As far as where porn is legal to shoot, it is all based solely on the perceived standards of the local community (in other words, the type of content that is considered legal and illegal is determined by locale).
