Why do you people keep talking about partnerships? The dude was an employee and "friend". Not much of a friend for betraying, and not much of an employee for being untrustworthy. Does this guy have any value at all?
How much money are we talking about anyway? Every other similar instance I've ever heard of is always something stupid like $500. If $500 is worth losing your pride and self-respect for, money is not your only issue.
