So true! My guess would be that FlogTheLog had the misconception that the adult biz was free money (believe it or not we all work very hard for it) & loads of fun and travel (CTB Style
). CTB is a very rare exception and alot more trusting than most would have been - he was giving you a chance to prove yourself - you did. Not paying a bill is an oversite. Blowing that money other than where it should have gone (moreso if it's contracted work - these people don't have anyone to fall on for their cash) is unforgiveable.
Actions speak louder than words - repay those you've 'taken' from (to not be harsher). It won't make bring your friendship back, but at least they will not have paid a 'costly' price to learn who you are.
Maybe I misunderstood the thread but from my understanding - it's not a matter of forgetting, it's a matter of *forgetting* and using that money for something else and not being able to pay it back for a long while but bullshitting & saying it was already taken care of.
