Really, if you don't enter a lottery or sweepstakes and have a ticket in your hand as proof, you simply CAN'T WIN! Remember, the old saying "If it's too good to be true, it probably is", applies to these "lotteries" which are just one big SCAM!
If you have to pay any fees up-front for anything you've "won" it is truly a scam...
