So if the host is a partner with spammers, take WebAir as an example, and they ignore all abuse complaints, and additionally move the spammer around to different IP spaces, then the complicit host and their spamming partners should be given a "free pass", and the "innnocent" webmasters caught in the middle should be mad at Spamhaus?
It would seem to me that the host and spammers are fucking over the legit webmaster for $$$.... not the other way around.
