I agree. Not having seen the members area I don't know if the tour promises are made in the members area but a few things jump out at me. First the tour claims members will have access to "exclusive clips". Maybe some of these "exclusive clips" are taken from one of the many DVDs that some members may have already seen.
It also claims it is "updated every day" and "DVD quality video" yet someone wrote above he could not find the updates and the video quality was not great. If they truly update everyday and have DVD quality videos, why not add a section on the tour that shows a sample DVD quality video added everyday and definetely make it easy to find full versions of such in the members area.
