I don't know about them being all that willing to 'work' with people. They asked for an *explanation*. I talked to their aff rep and I got the impression that alot of emails had been sent out. There are NO TOS or anything at all on the site with respect to conversions to full membership.

Personally i'm willing to work with them BUT I do think it's an internal problem rather than an affiliate problem. I think they should have a look at how many affiliates this email has been sent out too (that is if they already have not).

Also the email IMO was pretty damn rude and focusing the problem on the affiliate. Not real happy at the treatment thus far.
