Interesting. If it was just listed, then perhaps the toolbar measurement is incorrect. Typically sites that are indexed between updates maintain a gray PR bar until their page rank is recognized. The next update is due to start in a week or less according to my calendar.
I would be curious to know which site Google crawled to discover it, do you have an idea?
