i've been reading the posts here for the past month or so, learned a lot of new things, you guys are definetely some of the best. i wanted to post because i have a site that has recently taken off, originally it wasnt going to be adult, but we're getting a bunch of emails everyday from users literally begging for porn
. we usually keep all the projects we do for a good year or so before selling them, but this one's just really taken off and it looks like the direction it's going to have to go in is porn.

over 6 months of development, every single line of code 100% custom coded by hand, we didnt buy a single script. the system's really unique and the user's rave about it. the layout for the site is gorgeous, it's incredibly clean cut and very easy to navigate. the content is user submitted by the system we have setup right in all user's my account areas, we receive a whole bunch of pictures, sound files, and movies submitted each and every day to us from our users. take a look at some of the features, the ability to save pictures to your account, the hands-free mode, the popularity picture viewer, a bunch of really unique features that the user's love.
the ratios are whats really incredible:
1:4 visitors to the site creates an account for themselves.
1:3 users takes the cpa action to upgrade their account
1 user recommends the site to 1 friend on average, via our "recommend to a friend" section of our signup process.
the site went live the 26th of September, and we currently have well over 8,000 members, over 1/3 of whom have taken the CPA action (currently a lengthy 4 page survey totally unrelated to the site content / makes 65 cents) to upgrade their account. the site keeps growing without any extra promotion all by itself at a pretty incredible rate, we havent even put together meta tags or submitted it to search engines yet.
the top text ad that's on the top of all the pages currently gets around 100 clickthroughs a day (again on non-related content).
the site's in the directory currently get over 200+ clickthroughs a day and 4 of the 5 directory categories contain adult links right now.
i apologize if this post ends up being a bit lengthy, i wanted to keep it as short as possible, but wanted to make sure i got most of the important stuff...
