So i yell at him. Then its the end of his shift, he walks outside and gets into a fight with his girlfriend. They go at, punching each other. She calls her brother, who brings like 13 homies. Next thing you know we have a doorway full of homies waving 9 mm's and talking shit saying they are gonna beat his ass etc. Im wathing all this via a security camera laughing my ass off as i call the police. Police come, situation dispersed, the employee comes back in all brusied up.
I told him i am sorry you have family problems but this behavior is unacceptable. I'm gonna have to let you go.

Thats pretty much it.. everyone else has been with me since or around day 1.
