Melatonin helps a lot. Otherwise you have to go against your body's natural urges to sleep and stay awake and the wrong hours. If it's night, try to sleep. If you can't, then you will have to stay awake till the next night when your body can get back on track. Usually means a day of hell for me, but there really isn't a good solution to beating it.
