I think that pretty much narrows it down to Canon 30D or Nikon D200. The D200 is a bit more expensive. What I recommend is to head over to a local wolf camera near you and have your hands on both. The salesman will undoubtedly try to sell you the D200 since it's more expensive but make sure you buy the ones that feels best to you.
