Okay, how's about this:

I will send Moses ALL my Zippo lighters, if he will organize a group of trustworthy youths from the neighborhood into a Labor Force. These kids will wait outside the baggage claim areas of the local airports, and sell the Zippos to the "lighterless", smoke-starved travelers coming off their long flights... for $5 a pop.
