It's about how in the U.S. investors won't see profits from stem cells for 10 years because of the slow bullshit, debates, FDA regulations yadda yadda yadda. It says how foreign groups are the biggest fear as we don't know what they're doing or when they'll break off a new technique that puts the U.S. to shame.
