I think the worst part about the people bitching that you all don't seem to understand that it isn't any one part of the current system that has people not liking it...it is the entire system
take nats for example, just look how smoothly run and organized it is, compare that to the ccbill affiliate backend and it is like comparing a dvd to a vhs....so, when ccbill reps (or you) come into a thread and talk about improvements being made, but it still basically being the same thing with a new feature, it makes us think like you all don't care and are going to keep it the same way forever
up until this thread I had never heard of you all even caring that people hated that interface, and while I am glad to see you all are going to build a new system, I hope it comes sooner than later, because until that happens, no ccbill program will get my traffic unless they are using a system such as nats or mpa3
