No I merely said for the contest I suggested that we would follow all legalities. A proper business gets a federal tax id#. A proper business follows the rules and regulations for conducting business in their state of residence. This may possibly include obtaining a business license for your particular county and or state. Of course apparently no business use a EIN aka Federal Tax Id #
