Something like that here.. Old barber shop named Big W is stocked with Latina babes and they straight razor the neck and side burns... Then they massage your neck and shoulders for about 20 seconds to 5 minutes depending on if they like you... I tip well and have been going there for 20 years so I get 5 minutes.
