So.. Anyone got recommendations on MP3 players?

Seriously? Sell it on eBay and get your full money back. A friend of mine just bought a $200.00 cell phone on eBay, it arrived dead (as in it was shipped out dead by the seller). After getting hassled by the seller telling him the phone was fine and shit, he contacted PayPal to get a resolution going on so they would do a chargeback and get his money back. Upon trying to do a chargeback via PayPal resolutions, PayPal tells him he has to get a written estimate from a repair shop of what is wrong with the phone and how much it will charge to fix. He's gone to three shops so far and all three tell him they can't do written estimates, that they would be 'liable' if they did that. Moral of the story? Find something expensive that's broke? Sell it on eBay. It's on the burden of the victim to provide proof. And since it's pretty fucking hard to get somebody to write you up a written estimate, you get to keep their money, they get to keep your broken shit.
