The referee of this game has already made it clear that he is going to be a part of this game. Switching back and forth between US/Ghana and Italy/Czech, if the US game had the Italy ref there would not have even been and yellow cards thrown yet. He is letting them play and play hard. Gave a red card but the play was pretty nasty and deserved it.
