As about neighboures are alcoholics and drug addicted... I don't know what country do you mean. But according to the official stats, the USA is on 1st place in the world by the number of alcoholics and drug addicted people. I was also working with UK guys for a rather long period. So I can say that no one Russian could drink as much as the UK guys did and stay alive. Thus stop thinking with stereotypes.
