ice cream man here pushes this 3 wheeled cart with a bell attached to the handlebar and just dings it all the time. i guess if its a successful operation, the ice cream man gets a bicycle to ride, with the little cooler compartment up front, kind of a reverse tricycle, 2 wheels up front, 1 in the rear
