Any answer from support is better than what I've gotten from most other CMS companies.. Through the years I've run through almost all of them, but none of them did exactly what I wanted, and thus far, other than the steep learning curve I'm hitting, it looks like this one is going to replace every other CMS we use.
It'll actually be kind of nice to only have to remember how to do stuff on one CMS, rather than trying to remember "do I hit THIS button, or THAT button to delete the cache"
