Exactly... It is strange... Friends all say, Wow, she is do grown up and responsible but in reality she only acts that way to make herself feel secure and that is what bugs me. It isn't a true ability to lead like others see it, it is a need to follow a path someone else already cleared.
Of course her mom thinks she is just fine and takes her lunch at school and when she doesn't our daughter calls her and literally begs and cries tears because now she has no one to be around during lunch... She has two freshman siblings that she hangs with mostly...
I couldn't imagine my older brother wanting to hangout with me back in high school... We tried to avoid eachtother at all costs.
