Put it this way, he put up a page on his site so my client would know that it was a done deal. To quote the beginning of the page:

I AGREE SELL THIS SITE FOR BAD DOG'S CLIENT FOR

He asked me to hold off for a couple days while he moved an office or something, which I agreed to. Have not heard back from him since although I have tried numerous times.
