Phatservers.com I've been with them for just under 2 years and nothing but good things to say about them. In all that time I've prolly had about 1hour or so down time which also included a part fix on the server, so can't really hold that against them.
Support wise it's better then top notch. Any ticket I submited was answered in under 30mins to 1hour tops, ranging from stupid qn's to tricky server based alterations I needed. I was even able to get probs sorted early Sunday morning on Aussie time and to me that was Golden.
My 2cents anyho.
