Those comments were actually posted some time ago, on another board.
Those numbers have been corrected quite a long time ago. 
As to the issue at hand:
Unfortunately we are not in control of how NATS decides and when they decide to add or correct features.
The dialer (actually phone billing) minutes were corrected and added recently by NATS, not us. We are waiting to see if this information is correct before we make any announcements. Apparently, it seems to be working fine up until this point. We need a couple of weeks or more to determine if these numbers are correct or not. This is quite a lot of work, given the fact that nocreditcard.com and a couple of other phone billing (not dialers anymore) companies do not have the stats separated by site in their admin at this time, though they are working on it. We can only do so much on our side. NATS seems to be doing a good job with the phone billing calculations up until now.
Rebills are also a problem in some cases with NATS communicating with each processor. We are manually checking all processors to make sure rebills are counted accurately, but sometimes rebills are NOT counted. Every few days we ask NATS to re-poll the numbers, so rebills are reflected. For example, just in NetBilling cheques, we had 416 rebills that did not show up in a few days that were posted on the 1st of June. We do not KNOW if this is a NATS problem or a communication problem between NATS and the processors. Need to make that clear. We are trying to figure out what the issue is, but up until now, we have not found the reason. Most of the time, it works just fine. Again, every few days we check each processor by itself, then check NATS to make sure all is well. We will be working closely with both the processors and NATS to find the exact reason and do our best to help correct it as soon as possible. I am sure if you do searches on the boards, you will see this has been an existing issue for many using NATS.
Regarding the ratios from Zarathustra. Please provide us with your username via ICQ, msn, email, or phone. We cannot find anyone with ratios like that in the month of June or any of the recent months for that matter. I am not saying your numbers are off by any means. Simply put, I cannot find anyone with ratios that high. Hit me or any of us up so we can help you find the reason behind those ratios.
Any affiliate that has ratios that are NOT the norm for them, should contact us immediately to determine what the problem is and how we can help correct it. We are here for that.
Whatever your ratios or sales are, rest assured we are constantly looking to improve affiliate sales and conversions in every way we can. For example, we just obtained our merchant account which, from our research, indicates a much higher approval rate for transactions as well as other benefits that we can pass on to affiliates. We will announce this very soon.
All our older sites, older hosted galleries, ads, promotions, are ALL being redone with new and improved styles, tools, and text to not only get the new sites sales, but generate sales for some of the embedded traffic affiliates worked hard on in the past.  Multiple language tours are also on our agenda, in addition to new forms of local billing to actually make money from some of these countries that are unable to be billed via credit card, either because they are scrubbed out or because they simply don't use them or can't use them.
Etc, etc.
In short, we are doing quite a few things other programs are not, in order to secure sales for affiliates and improve the program overall in every respect.
