That's not completely true.. if you get a BARE sub sandwich from them it might be 6g of fat or under.. But that jarod guy lost 90% of his weight walking.. he walked 3 miles to subway and then 3 miles home 2 times a day.. thats 12 miles a day. Alot of people don't know that.
