Do you count incoming hits from the link so that a special linking code to your site isn't needed?

When you sign up you get a link code to link to TPTL with.
Of course - with over 1,000 sites in our DB and only the top 200 that send links showing it serves you no purpose unless you send some hits.
Doesn't need to be too many mind you - but the more the better for both of us.
